After earning a full athletic scholarship to Old Dominion University and traveling Europe through sports, he returned home inspired to address gun violence and mental health challenges. Fellonte earned his Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and co-founded a nonprofit dedicated to disrupting generational trauma. With years of experience in schools, substance use clinics, and strengthen communities.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and psychology degrees. My clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, child and adolescent mental health, and care coordination for individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs.

I provide psychotherapy using a compassionate, patient-centered approach, helping individuals navigate anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for healing and growth.
